Getting new competition singlets this year, should have them ordered by this week.

Open mats this Friday 10/21 and next Friday 10/28 4:30-5:30pm
Info session for prospective teammates will also be 10/28 at our open mats, so invite your friends!

Conditioning starts 10/31 (Halloween costumes are fine if you can safely do physical activity in them). Conditioning will go for two weeks, M-F 5:30pm-6:30pm.

First official practice will be Nov 14! Practice will be M-F 5:30pm-7:30pm. The hope is the team will start to congregate around 5pm, get the mats mopped, go for a warm-up run, and be stretched out- so we can hit the mats right at 5:30pm.

Working on scheduling info mtg for parents/wrestlers and nutritional mtg- will need to talk to boosters about time, place, location. News about this will be posted here on TeamApp.
