I want to address a few things before we start conditioning this evening:

This is the second time in about a week that the school has been locked down and searched due to threats. If any wrestlers/parents are concerned, please do not hesitate to reach out to coach and we will point you to the appropriate contacts. Please continue to be a team that is inclusive and kind- be sure to let adults and authorities know of anything that could be considered a concern.

CONDITIONING THIS EVENING: the district has cleared all after school activities, so we will still have conditioning 5:30-6:30pm. Please have athletic wear (costumes are okay, because it is Halloween IF you can still do physical activity in them), comfortable shoes to run in, and wrestling shoes.

Other items: If you did not compete in a Fall sport, then you will have to get a physical and return the MHSAA form found in Documents on the app to coach

Will be posting Parent info mtg information and date shortly, working on setting up our Alpha date, and scheduling the health/nutrition mtg with the trainer.
