HUGE SHOUTOUT to Coach Aaron Hoorn and Coach Timmy Clark who were at the AA Skyline Invite while I was overseeing Oakland County. Coach Hoorn ran practice on Thursday when I was at the seeding meeting, then did practice and weigh-ins on Friday before heading to first day of Oakland County. Followed it up by being a head coach at AA Skyline on Saturday for our 16 wrestlers there. Cannot have this program without the support of these coaches. Thank you Aaron, Timmy, and Brian for supporting our wrestlers!

Another shoutout to the parents/guardians at both locations this past weekend, but especially to the parents that stepped up and helped me at the Oakland County Championships. Keeping coaching seats warm and supporting our team while we ran between two gyms and had wrestlers competing on multiple mats. Couldn’t support the team fully without you all!

Big things happening, but more work is needed! Practice over break is crucial as we head into LVC competition!
