Open mats start this evening at SLHS 5-6:30pm

The wrestling room is still being utilized as a weight room while the school has construction going on.

Open mats are not mandatory organized practices, but opportunity to wrestle, get some conditioning, and lift weights.

We will meet at the wrestling room first today.
